WHITEJURY.COM

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 13, 2026

Information collected

White Jury may collect the email address you provide to unlock the educational simulation. The system also stores limited technical information in hashed form, such as a hashed IP address and hashed browser user-agent value, to protect the application and understand usage patterns.

Why the email address is collected

Your email address is used to verify your access to the full White Jury simulation, recognize returning visitors during the configured access period, send a score report after a completed simulation when that option is enabled, measure audience growth, and administer the educational project.

Optional educational updates

The access form includes a separate optional checkbox for occasional White Jury updates, educational resources, and announcements. The checkbox is not preselected. Providing an email address to play the game does not automatically mean that you agreed to receive marketing or promotional emails.

Email verification

The game may send a one-time verification link and fallback code to confirm that you can access the inbox you provided. Verification links and codes expire and can be used only once.

Cookies

After access is granted, White Jury may place a signed, HTTP-only access cookie in your browser. It is used to recognize that you already unlocked the simulation. The cookie does not expose your email address to browser scripts.

Data sharing

White Jury does not automatically send audience information to an outside email-marketing provider. If an outside provider is added later, this policy should be updated before that integration is activated.

Retention and requests

Audience records are retained while the White Jury educational project is active unless they are removed earlier. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email privacy@whitejury.com.

Educational project

White Jury is an educational simulation. It does not provide legal advice.
